develop the raw with dpp. In photoshop, high pass 65% and overlay the level. move the light with the tutorial on dpc, another level with hard light. denoise,smart sharpen,usm,chanel mixer down the red to 30% in the red chanel. on the level with the cross sunshine filter from nik collection,crop,burn some little point.

Lovely use of light and dark. Looks like peridot as the stone? Nit would be that you needed to grunge the rest of the wrist and arm - the difference is a bit jarring. Still, an excellent shot.
