This is the new headquarter of the State Bank, in my town. I don't know if it is only my opinion but I soo the "Wheels of money" on this building :)
I croped the image work on the levels and "erase" an unbearable cable on the sky and a litlle red corner of the building that was out of place.

very clever idea. maby looking up from closer to the base of the tower would show the rings more and give a feel of height.

Unfortunately I don't see the round building as a wheel, although I see how you were trying to depict it as one. Building is tilted a tad to the left, and crop should be tighter.
