Seems like a rather odd angle. I can't say it's a "bad" angle necessarily, it just seems like an "uncomfortable" angle to me. I might have tried shooting it at ground level. Something about this just strikes me as being a little off... or perhaps I'm the one who is off...!

don't like the angle, grass too dark, wheel dirty (distracting) pic could use some sharpening (USM)

Colors work well. Try moving the red spoke a bit further right - to the crash point.
