the lighting is too flat for my. It is missing some dynamicism becasue of the flat light.

Excellent Portrait! Blurred background with great rims from backlighting and great expression make this a wonderful picture of an impressive lady. (As a fun side-note, her outfit makes me expect to see a tennis racket thrown over a shoulder.) :) Nice in black & white! :)

Very nicely done. I think I like the two tops; she is ready for anything. The lighting with the hint of halo in her hair is great.
