This is all that's left of a nearby house that was claimed by fire - the burned and crumbling remains of a garage. Unfortunately, there's some over-exposure.. but I wanted the area surrounding the building to show, as there is a lot of grown over rubble to look at in the background, without causing the building and its interior to darken too much. I wanted some faint shadowy details of the interior to be visible in the picture.

Interesting shot, difficult to expose for... you've done well here to get detail in the extreme range of tones. Some nice colours. The composition doesn't work for me though, I think the building takes up too much of the frame.
I like your title. Including the tree within the frame helps accent the level of decay of the building. So, while the picture is of a depressing subject, we are given some hope of renewal. Good balance I'd say.
