A few technical issues, I think - look like processing or jpg compression artifacts maybe. Looks a little "worn" for some reason. That and the fact that she has four arms probably hurt an otherwise beautiful capture. :)

She married a giant! I think it is a good shot and well lit. I would have maybe adjusted the red tones and desated them a bit to help with the skin tones.
