There are a bunch of shots like this, but somehow the clarity, smoothness and expression go with the tones here. Its pretty close to a medal, and you may win, but compositionally I would probably zoom and crop it just above the eyebrows- the top of the head in the picture is unnnecesary. Good luck.

Need to reduce the shadows around the neck area.
Need to try to capture the eyes with catchlights.
The overall color tone a little on the yellowish side
