wow, this is simple best! I like this because of couple of reason, eyes are popping up, lips are showing the sharpness and shadow across is making this best! nice job!

Smooth skin tones, nice expression. Woolly hat and leather jacket - nice contrast in textures. A really pleasant photograph. The hand is a little out of focus.

If it were up to me, this would get a ribbon. Love everything about it. My only suggestion would be to add just a little more light for her right eye. Absolutely stunning lady.

Great portrait. I think the only thing I notice is the shadow of the hat on her face that takes away from the shot just a bit.

Clean lighting. Her hand detracts from her face. Not sure if I like her eye in deep shadow like it is. The bright spot in the picture is actually her neck which is where my eyes are drawn.
