I like the fact that you used this challenge to do more than a straight portrait. The message I got from the shot was that this person (I knew who it was) is a bit of a puzzle -- or perhaps that you are showing us only one piece of this complex person. I think you did a good job of getting the point across, and I am amazed at how well you were able to match the puzzle piece to your face. |

Very neat idea!! (sorry about the earlier confusion) The placement of the puzzle piece adds a nice touch to the photo. |

The idea is interesting. But the project needs a little rethink perhaps. The symbolism is not speaking simply enough. |

Alas, I fear your gimmick will backfire - the underlying portrait would have done well on it's own, IMO. Good luck though. |
