This photo is more about the character directing traffic. The boats are secondary to the composition.

Would like to see more of the boats and less of the man in the middle. A good clear photo, shame you did not take advantage of the beautiful blue sky and show off those white sails against it.

Chaos at the boat docks? A good peek into what is probably a regatta of sorts. The composition seems just a bit off to me - maybe a bit too crowded? Can't quite put my finger on it.
