nice job. some spokes are visable while others seem to have a motion blur. Is this a motion shot? There seems to be shadows cast upon the flag. Or are those trails from the motion blur?

Motion blur is good on this although IMO you could use more focus on the bike frame supporting the wheel. Good luck! :D

Interesting take on the challenge. I would have liked to have seen the hub, spokes and forks more in focus and the flag out of fucus using shallow DOF. The motion adds to the shot.
