Taken in RAW, adjusted brightness, contrast, USCM. Cloned out minor distractions, adjusted curves on the water and changed saturation. I had to get an entry in for this since i was there a few days ago before this challenge started. I like the old stuff better...there was a little bit more wind this time which wreaks havoc with a 30sec exposure and a boat floating on the water :P

Solid shot here. Easily meets the challenge. The long exposure works great, excellent light, great detail and a wonderful smooth feel to the image. If this were my shot I may have dodged the boats a bit to make them stand out a bit more prominently but as is its still a lovely scene.
Not much else to add here. A very nice shot with a very good score attached to it. Well done.
San Diego? This looks much like a shot posted here last week. Nice reflections. I took some shots of these boats during the daytime, but they didn't look nearly as nice as nighttime.
Compared to the background and reflection in the water, the boats are boring and almost like they're not a major part of the photo. But, it's a super great photo I think deserves a 10.
the city lights distract almost too much from your subject. If this wasn't specifically a boat challenge, I might not have an issue with it -- it is a beautiful scene....but the boat gets lost here.
