Very nice warm light to this - I like the gold on the water. The boat is kind of a quiet surprise - slowly appears after one takes in the sky and the water.
I feel like this is over-processed. The colors are not working together in a cohesive manner. I am also drawn to the sky and dock. I had to work too hard to see the boat.
On the other-hand, if the challenge were leading lines, or water or something totally different, the boat would add a lot to the story line.
Nice light in the water. Interesting processing effect; looks kind of like a pencil drawing. Feels a little crowded in the foreground; I like it better with the dock cropped out.
For me this doesn't really work, there is too much going on in the photograph, which seems to detract from the main focus which is (apparently) the boat.
