Took this photo of a butterfly hanging upside down from a leaf at the Niagara Falls butterfly conservatory. Not sure how this will do in a contest... the last time I entered a blurry image of an insect, it got trashed.
Hope this does better. 6+ is my hope.

This image has parts that could make it a great image, color and contrasting background but more parts of the fly need to be in focus because in macro shots people want to see all the details of the subject. Using smaller aperture or focusing a little deeper into the image would make a difference.
