The first thing I note (other than it's way cool in B&W) is that she wears her helmet as an Asian woman would wear one of the conical-shaped straw hats. (Which, by the way, is NOT the way to wear a bike helmet if you'd like to not crack your head open if you fall.) Very nice catch - good use of DOF as well.
So here's an Asian person as the center of the photo and in the background are all these pointy umbrellas that look like straw hats worn in rice paddies. Woman - this is brilliant.
Very nice street shot. There's a lot going on here, and I've enjoyed looking at some of the characters in the background. It's also interesting to see someone in obvious business attire riding a bike to work. Don't see much of that here, unfortunately.
Excellent, photographically. I find myself staring at for a long time trying to come up with the story behind it. Still, I can't even make something up. Well, I could, but it would be long, verbose, and a little nutty. Interesting shot though.
