I like the layout of this shot. That said, your model gets a bit lost as a background object. She's small, in...well the background, and the slivers of light really draw your attention. Perhaps having a light on your model might have given her more "importance" in the scene?
Bored teenager living on a farm? Really, really nice picture - but what's the story? Detail in the straw is fantastic with not too much contrast. Did you use fill-in flash? I really like how some of the straw seems to be metallic and reflective.
Your model could have taken up more of the frame and had she been placed IN the light I think this would have been a more interesting shot. The way it is right now its a picture of a barn interior with a girl in it.
Harsh light (in very difficult condition, graphically interesting, your model is a little lost in the composition and was probably better placed on right side and more in the foreground.
