You might have called it "Sunday Sailor" as well, what with the fender still out... The crop and angle are fine, having a dynamic feel. I find there is too much focus on the background, and too little on the sailors, though. All in all, the background is too dominant, sucking the skipper right in. Im not too sure about the cyclist either...
I like the angle you caught the boat at, but the background with the biker and comforting park like setting really works against the drama of the turn. Also, it may have worked better if the sailboat were further from land so that the trees didn't take up so much of the image and cut off the tip of the sail.
