The last 9 days have been our annual River Festival. I have been taking a lot of shots of the many events. This is a shot of the last night while we were waiting for the fireworks to begin. The River is the Arkansas. It was a perfect night. increased shadows & highlights slightly. Sharpened & cropped. I hope you enjoy seeing my heartland!

Dappled light is a bit subtle here (I guess you wanted to catch it on the surface of the water). The bridge is very dark. If you turned a bit to the left and made people a main subject it could help a lot. I like the colour of the water.
This is not dappled light in my opinion - dappled light is light shining through several small apertures, functioning as pinhole cameras, creating circular images on the ground. Sorry, did not vote on this one.
