My daughter's Bleeding Hearts weren't quite in bloom when we left there to travel north in our motorhome. I was delighted to find some prime blooms at a friend's place in Washington state. I'm hoping that they qualify in this dappled light contest as they were shot through the shadows and light coming through the surrounding leaves of the plant.

I like this shot but the dappled light is not evident enough for me. I see it more as a ray of light than a pattern of dappled light. Lovely colours and well captured.
