It would be good to have the model clean the fingernails before a shoot involving a closeup of a hand. Details like that can make a huge difference in the quality and appeal of the image. The kitten is adorable and the soft focus is nice. Perhaps if you did a close crop on the kitten, removing the hand all together, this would be better.
