the picture seems very flat. just a slight adjustment in levels and curves could add depth and intensify the colors

Your title fits, yet for me, your colors seem a little flat. Perhaps with either bright early morning or sunset lighting it would make it more interesting overall.

A little busy. It might have been a more interesting shot if you got closer to the tracks. A more narrow DoF might have been better.
