You must retain your original, unedited file (exactly as recorded by your camera), and provide it to the Site Council along with a list of your editing steps within 48 hours of any validation request. Files that have been saved or altered with any editing or transfer software are NOT originals.

There is something about this photo that hurts my eyes. It has great color, but when it first loaded, I felt as if I was shot with a flower. This is a very interesting photo none the less.
this doesn't look legal under basic editing, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt...I would get this validated if I were you - just a word of advice :)
