To bobnospum, the statue is the Soviet Era Russian - Ukrainian Friendship Statue, in Kiev, Ukraine. So it's likely just a generic Russian and a generic Ukrainian. But since they are now seperate countries, I added the " ? " since especially the Ukrainians want to forget the Russian/Soviet past.
