 There is alot of construction going on by the creek at the museum. I guess that's how this cone ended up there!?!?

Adjusted levels, contrasted a bit, and resized and added border.

I admit that coney does not belong there, but ... somehow it does not ... help the composition...

I see the cone and yes that is out of place.......just not of great interest and zero wow factor. I think this might be perceived as pollution more then out of place. To me anyway. Technically the shot is okay but the colors are a little flat to draw any attention. Good luck.
