I can see what you were going after in this shot. The only bump in the road IMHO is the little thing in the lower right corner. Shadows/Highlights would do a lot for the image if you haven't already done that. Cool shot. I like the stem detail.
this is my favourite from this challenge so far. subtle yet descriptive colors, sharpness, fantastic composition, and the image really conveys the softness of one of these. i think the light shining through really adds mood to it.
