I voted on this several days ago, now as my usual I'm back to check my vote and to comment.
I think--- why I didn't comment on this shot earlier is that it made me feel uncomfortable. I really have to say I feel like I'm intruding on this woman. She is not well, in a nursing home, hospital.....under some care anyway.
I do see the wine on the commode.
I don't normally shy from illness etc..I am a retired nurse. All that being said, it just made me feel I should not be there. :) Sorry just my feeling. Now if that is what emotion you were trying to invoke...then you are a success!!

lol, it took me a second but there was a payoff. composition isn't great and the flash is too harsh, but anything with a payoff is going to do well.

don't know what a sommelier is. so without understanding the title, i am not sure what is out of place....Most anything is not out of place in a hospital room.
