Taken in RAW, adjusted brightness, contrast, USM, slight clarify. Adjusted curves on the sky to get rid of brown hue. Cloned out minor distractions added border and saved for the web.
POST: Ok I looked at the original and badly smoothed the water. For the print I left the water as is and i think it came out a lot better. Oh well..live and learn ;-)

Good cityscape. It seems maybe a trifle blurred to me especially on the left hand side, but again, a nice image. I didn't know San diego was so pretty at night.
