China's byways are indeed wonderful places to experience the country. The best. I like this photo.

Very good capture and very expressive. Colors just feel way over-saturated which gives the image an unnatural feel. Too bad, because the image really tells a good story and is well composed and executed.

The lushness of the green is wonderful - particularly sets off your subjects well.

I love this slice of time. Adorable kiddo. A wise elder.

You should enter this in one of the travel photography contests. The exposure is a little bright but the composition is excellent. 9

:-) Your image makes me smile. I get the sense the boy is mimicking the man in his walk. This would have also fit the "Tell a story" challenge.

Did you focus on the branches next to the guy? I'm asking because I don't see much detail in either the guy or the kid.

a wonderful change in scenery for the DPC community
Edit:

you have choosen a very good composition here, it works so well, everything melds into this shot. Maybe a little crop off the top to focus more on the two subjects, but apart from that it is a great shot well done

I love the composition and the blurring of the background, but it looks like the child is about to be impaled by the branch..
