cool picture, especially with the contrast of light and dark, but i can't tell if this is sepia or black and white

I don't know if the black mountainside on the left serves more as a distraction or a way to lead my eyes toward the right to the docks. I do like this shot though.

really like this photo. great perspective and an interesting composition to say the least. I think the buoy in the back left is a tad distracting though.
