One way would be to convert to B&W and then decrease the blue hue a little and increase the red also. I like the floating viewpoint of the camera here. It feels like it's following you and the train. -BB
I don't see any sepia toning. THere is actually quite a bit of color in this photo. On top of that I'm not a big fan of the composition. The lady being cut off doesn't do any justice to the photo and the girls head behind her is sort of distracting.
Sepia tone refers to the coloring of a black and white photographic print that has been toned with a sepia toner to simulate the faded brownish color of some early photographs. Obviously this image is not a sepia, yet you chose to enter it in a Sepia challenge. Perhaps you did not know what sepia meant.
Aside from that, I like the perspective / composition. The expression on the face of the woman shoes a relaxing and enjoyable ride.
