Nice dramatic scene - overall maybe a little dark. I like the wide distortion - it almost gives the impression of zoom blur. Love the falling spray. It looks like localised rain.
the effect of the rain, clouds and rain in the photo is really great; the variety of grays look awesome too; however I think the railing is distracting in the overall composition of the photo
Remarks: The somber tonalities are discernibly retained and this de- and refines the whites, the precipitation as well as the wash. The frail, bent railing stemming vs. onslaught of elements appears as surreal as a ladder on flat ground. The proportions, in this images, are well assigned by the camera angle. Given the violence of wave and weather, it's reassuring to find the weight where it belongs, at the bottom, while having enough head-room. :)
