Nice flower. I'm not against digital editing at all, but I don't think this one works for me at all. I do understand the idea of presenting all but the flower in "chaos", and think some points are earned for creative thinking....I'm just not crazy about the photo.
I don't think the filter adds to the composition nor does it help define the picture for the challenge. It is so unnatural that it makes it hard for me to look at it. Sorry.
Interesting method to produce background chaos. Works well with a flower as main subject. Nice use of the ROT. The stamin is a little out of focus and that hurts this image some. I always evaluate images independent of challenge so asked myself if this image is good even if there were no challenge. My answer is yes. Great job.
This is quite an interesting and well photographed image, but I'm not sure that the quite pretty effect you've used as your background really suggests chaos.
Too digital art for me... the artifacting around your selection looks very clumsy. Composition and crop don't work for me. Perhaps a tighter crop to the top and left of your flower would have helped. Flower isn't sharp enough.
