Nice photo, but Im guessing that it would be a lot better in color because of the colors of the car (obviously, I understand why its not here).

The tones have picked up the elements well in this. Difficult, but perhaps a little lighter overall, just seems a little dark. Apologies in advance if wrong, but this looks like it might need a nudge rotate up on the right to straighten. Depending what you had to work with, perhaps a slight adjustment in the composition as well, mainly for overall balance.

Just a great picture! I think the Sepia treatment to this actually harms it though. Vivid Color or maybe a selective desat would have done better justice to the image in my opinion.
