This would have been what I "settled" for, as I wanted to get the point state park fountain, but, alas, it's down for construction...this is 45 degrees to the right.

Looks like the Fort Pitt Bridge from just beyond Station Square. Great shot with an interesting POV, although as far as the challenge goes, this is more about the bridge and skyline than the water, I think.
