Nice bright graffiti, I think the background distracts from the main subject, however. A close perspective view may have had more impact.

I don't know what else was around the tram. But this does not feel like the best crop / composition. A tighter crop ... the background seems superfluous. Further to the right using the drum to lead into the back end of the tram?
