Couldn't pass this up! It's a day care center above a drugstore. It was tricky to shoot for some obstructions -- there's a power line upper right and that was with me standing in the middle of the street. Anyway, I thought maybe the L-W-R paint faded or was just white. Or that maybe the kids and/or administrators were trying to make some sort of statement. When I passed by today, thank goodness, the L-W-R was painted a bright red.
