the border here detracts, as it is not a solid black line. looks a little sloppy.

Beautiful shot, but the motion blur is a bit subtle for me here, and I REALLY dislike your border which draws the eye away from the photo and is quite ugly.

Not sure the black frame was the best idea for this shot. Seems to interrupt the flow. I do like this and the color is great.
