i like the meaning of this shot. however, i did not really "get it" until I read the title, which is alright by me, but a possibility for some of the lower votes, seeing thats the only flaw I saw in this photo.
With all due respect, animal neglect in any way, shape or form, is not entertaining or funny. I do not consider these creatures 'garbage', let alone 'throw-aways'. Shame on you for referring to them as such.
This is a nice shot, but I can't figure out if you mean the cats are throw aways, or the trash in the yard. They are very pretty cats. I don't really like cats, but they look well taken care of anyway. I like how the 2 cats are looking at you like you're crazy. "what is this person doing with the camera?" I definately see garbage, and in a twist, it's not gross. The angle and framing/cropping are very nice, lighting is perfect, and your focus is also great. Very nice shot!
