As soon as i saw the contest description, i decided i wanted to light a portrait inversely for this, just a strong aggressive facial image with the shadows painted on with the flash. Having tried to reverse rambrandt lighting i only ended up with images that looked fairly "normal", and i wanted something stronger so i eventually just placed a single flash under the chin and adjusted it until both eyebrows were just slightly lit. The effect may be a little too unsettling for the eyecandy group of dpc voters, but i felt it was sufficiently stronger than the alternative to be chosen.

The title was suggested for me after a long brainstorming session, a visual pun as well as a reference to a Dr Who episode and an Infected Mushroom track.
