 Single exposure, through the lens, no manipulation. Real fire.

There's TONS of flaws, and the lighting is really sloppy. Plus the model sucks. Not too bad for a one hour setup cooked up in the studio. Given a little more time and a much better model, this shot could be dialed in to perfection.
