Sweet subject. Just lacking in creative engagement. Your subject is everything and, being honest, the click of the shutter in auto mode is all that's required to achieve this. To bring a twist to this shot, I think you could;
> avoid centering or move further above and 'lose' your frogs in the duckweed;
> get closer and lower catching their eyes in reflection with a narrow DOF;
> try contrasty black and white to help camouflage the subjects and give viewers some 'work' to do. |
