The highlights being so blown out distracts me from the image. It sort of distorts the edges and gives it a weird look.

Couldn't really tell what was the central point of the shot -- was it her back or the highlighted part below the hood? My gaze kept going back to her partially hidden face...

Looks like this may be a blown out image that was saved by some creative editing. Good job.

Very saturated sunlight. Good candid shot, but lacks technical qualities needed for this category.

At first glance I wasn't crazy about the post-processing, but then after looking at it for a few minutes, it's growing on my. Some of the white is a bit too bright, but interesting.

I like the high contrast and tones of this shot. I find the fence(?) in the upper left-hand corner to be somewhat distracting.
