Sure wish I could draw, I'm not too good at creating bits from scratch or at shadowing and scaling and such, which was necessary here. This contains parts of three different images: woody, cat head, cat arm. Could use improvement, but a good starting point I think. Oh, and I did find some good tips on creating a better edge for a fur layer by googling.
The idea of doing this scene came from my niece Susan, who as I type this is in labor with her first child. Hopefully she is not making the same expression :-)
Oh, I think you do AMAZING at creating bits from scratch. This is another one that has my jaw on the floor, gasping in disbelief at how cool this is! You are GOOOOOD!!!!!!
This really made me laugh out loud! The expression on the cats face is probably what my cat did tonight when the dog got him (he's fine, the cat that is).
