 Develop the raw with dpp. In photoshop:crop, levels, curves, strobist dave hill action, denoise with neat image, clone out some point and the glass and on the hand, dust and scratches, usm.

Nice image - Like the idea but the gold glint on the chain is a little distracting and the lighting is a tad hard.
