I did my best to improve focus and contrast, but not completely to my liking. Applied Guassian Blur at around 20 pixels and erased in focused areas. pp: Open in Raw Shadow/Higlight Crop Levels twice Overlay Selective Color Brightness/Contrast Resize Blur with layer mask Hue/Sat USM Border Save for Web

Very vibrant purples show off nicely against the green. Darn good for handheld in windy conditions if you ask me.
