the "DVB" transport services office in Dresden.
it's the oldest and highest high-rise building in this town when it was built in 1926.
this year it's supposed to become a student's hostel.
it was quite hard and dangerous to get into this building, as i had to climb a few meters up and then squeeze trough a hole of a window.
