Time for a bath. Um, I a not a huge fan of the effect or the one foot not making it into the frame. That is just my opinion however, and I can see that you are going for an artistic expression and since that is so subjective, what do I know?
Nice image - I like the old feel to this and the awkward composition seems to fit too. I might be inclined to trim a little more off the top as my eye wanders off to the left highlighted area - Cropping really makes you stare at the feet - I like it a lot though.
