this would have done better in the cool colors challenge i think. Also I would consider a crop so that the horizon is either at the bottom third or the top third instead of so centered.
Regardless of the dominant blue tone to the photo, the horizon seems to be a relatively thin strip that perfectly bisects the sky and water with not much happening in either. There is a lot of empty space that doesn't contribute and the darkening of the corners and bottom edge I feel are detrimental.
