Wow, I hope you have put your processing steps in your description because I would love to have a go at creating this wonderful effect, beautiful pastel colouring and a wonderful aged effect (like a picture that you would see in a 1950's magazine)

Yet this is about more than clever PP I love the image, the strong diagonal leading line and the edge of the traffic lights running done across a rule of third point
