It looks like you've gone a bit crazy on the USM and perhaps shadow/highlight - there's all sorts of haloing around the subject. That said, the sharpness in admirable and the centered composition is beautiful.

Great shot, and I have no idea how you got above this bird and captured it as crisply as you did. I also like the way the background looks like an impressionist painting. However, I can't score it as high as I may have as I don't think it fits the theme as well as others in this challenge. Still a stellar shot though. 6.
